  • 60 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cream cheese layer)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease or line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in short 20-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth. Let cool slightly.
