  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Add the unsalted butter, cut into small pieces, and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
