  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 250 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into four equal squares, resulting in a total of eight squares.

In a small bowl, beat together the egg and water to make an egg wash.

Brush the edges of each pastry square with the egg wash to help them seal.

Fold each square corner to corner to form a triangle or fold diagonally to keep it square, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
