  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 stalks, sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 bag or loaf baguette slices or crackers (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and celery to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes or until softened.
