  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each tortilla.

Place one of the tortillas, buttered side down, onto the hot skillet.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
