Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries

  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the fresh cranberries thoroughly under cold water and drain.

Step 2

Pulse the cranberries in a food processor until they are coarsely chopped. Avoid over-processing to prevent turning them into a puree.
