Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 0.5 cup crystallized ginger, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed.
