Directions

Step 1

Rinse the cranberries and place them in a medium saucepan with 1 cup of granulated sugar. Cook over medium heat while stirring occasionally until the cranberries burst and begin to thicken, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Set it aside.
