Ingredients

  • 14 oz Cranberry sauce (whole berry)
  • 3 oz Raspberry gelatin mix
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 0.5 cup Cold water
  • 0.5 cup Evaporated milk
  • 4 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the raspberry gelatin mix with 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add 0.5 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine. Let the mixture cool slightly, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Gradually add the evaporated milk to the cream cheese mixture, continuing to beat until fully incorporated and smooth. Set aside.

Step 5

Stir the cranberry sauce into the cooled gelatin mixture until evenly combined.

Step 6

Grease a 6-cup gelatin mold or bundt pan lightly with nonstick spray for easy unmolding.

Step 7

Pour half of the cranberry-gelatin mixture into the prepared mold, spreading it evenly. Then pour half of the cream cheese mixture on top. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the two mixtures together to create a marbled effect.

Step 8

Repeat the process with the remaining cranberry-gelatin mixture and cream cheese mixture, swirling again for a marbled design.

Step 9

Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Step 10

To unmold, dip the bottom of the mold briefly into warm water (about 15 seconds) to loosen the edges. Place a serving plate on top and invert the mold. Gently lift it off to reveal the cranberry marble mold.

Step 11

Serve chilled and slice into portions to enjoy!
