  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 225 grams Cream cheese (softened)
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 120 grams Cranberry sauce
  • 1 unit Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Step 3

Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut each one into three equal rectangles, making a total of six pieces.
