Ingredients

1 cup Cranberry juice
1 cup Apple juice
2 packets Unflavored gelatin
1.25 cups Vodka
0.25 cups Triple sec
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
0 Cranberries and lime wedges (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry juice, apple juice, and granulated sugar. Warm over medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for 1-2 minutes to bloom. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Step 3

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir in vodka, triple sec, and lime juice.

Step 4

Evenly pour the liquid into 24 mini plastic or silicone shot cups, filling each about 3/4 of the way full.

Step 5

Transfer the filled cups to the refrigerator and allow to chill for 2-3 hours, or until the jello has fully set.
