Ingredients

  • 300 grams Crab meat (cooked, picked, and shredded)
  • 400 grams Green cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks Scallions (sliced)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients: shred the cooked crab meat, thinly slice the cabbage, mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and slice the scallions.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it begins to soften but still has a slight crunch.

Step 5

Push the cabbage to one side of the skillet and add the crab meat to the other side. Drizzle the soy sauce over the crab meat and stir to coat evenly.

Step 6

Mix the crab meat with the cabbage and stir-fry together for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
