Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 8 ounces Crab meat
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo pasta shells and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse the shells under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, parsley, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.

In a small saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over low heat. Stir in the heavy cream and olive oil until fully blended. Remove from heat.
