Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Large white mushrooms
  • 1 cup Fresh crab meat
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Prepared horseradish
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems. Gently scoop out a bit of the inside to create a hollow cavity for the filling. Set the mushroom caps aside.
