Ingredients

  • 16 pieces large white mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cooked lump crab meat
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and gently remove the stems. Set aside the caps and finely chop the stems.
