Ingredients

  • 4 large Bell peppers (any color)
  • 8 ounces Lump crab meat
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Lightly brush the insides and outsides of the peppers with olive oil. Set them upright in a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped green onions, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
