Ingredients

  • 10 sheets Phyllo dough sheets
  • 0.5 cups Butter, melted
  • 0.5 cups Crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 0.5 cups Shrimp, cooked, peeled, and chopped
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Scallions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a standard muffin tin.

Step 2

Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean, dry surface and brush it generously with melted butter. Layer another sheet of phyllo on top and brush with butter. Repeat until 5 sheets are stacked.

Step 3

Using a sharp knife or scissors, cut the phyllo dough stack into 12 equal squares.
