  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 units Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Finely dice the celery stalk and chop the fresh parsley. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and diced celery.
