Ingredients

  • 4 whole English muffins
  • 8 oz Lump crab meat
  • 0.33 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk (finely chopped) Celery
  • 2 stalks (thinly sliced) Green onion
  • 2 tbsp (chopped) Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.125 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup (shredded) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp (softened) Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the broiler on your oven or toaster oven to high.

Step 2

Split the English muffins in half and lightly butter the cut sides. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Step 3

Toast the English muffins under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.
