Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Finely chop the green onions and garlic. Dice the carrot into small cubes.

In a small bowl, crack the eggs and lightly beat them. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
