Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 8 oz Crab meat (lump or canned, drained)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped, optional)
  • 0.25 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika (for garnish)
  • 1 assorted Crackers or vegetables (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Use a hand mixer or spoon to mix until smooth and well incorporated.

Step 2

Gently fold in the crab meat, green onions, and parsley (if using). Be careful not to break the crab meat into very small pieces.

Shape the crab mixture into a ball using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, lightly coat your hands with water or oil to help shape the ball.
