Ingredients

  • 8 pieces (1 tube) Refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup Cooked crab meat (lump or claw)
  • 0.25 cup Pesto sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, pesto sauce, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 3

Open the tube of crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangular pieces.

Step 4

On each triangle, place a small spoonful of the crab mixture at the wider end of the dough.

Step 5

Roll the dough triangles from the wide end to the pointed end, enclosing the crab mixture. Tuck in any loose ends if needed to secure the filling.

Step 6

Arrange the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and puffed.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes.

Step 9

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
