Ingredients

  • 500 grams Pizza dough
  • 200 grams Cooked crab meat
  • 200 grams Cooked prawn meat
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 150 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 1 piece Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Water (for egg wash)
  • 120 milliliters Mayonnaise
  • 60 milliliters Buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions, and roll each portion out into a round disc, approximately 20 cm (8 inches) in diameter.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, prawn meat, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the seafood filling.

Place an equal amount of the seafood mixture onto one half of each dough disc, leaving a 1.5 cm (0.5 inch) border around the edge.
