Directions

Step 1

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and cut the stalks into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.

In a medium pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
