  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 8 sourdough bread slices
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, white cheddar cheese, green onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined into a creamy mixture.

Step 2

Lay out the sourdough bread slices on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the crab and artichoke mixture onto 4 of the slices, spreading it evenly but leaving a small border around the edges to prevent overflow.
