  • 2 large Avocado, diced
  • 2 medium Lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained black beans and corn.

Step 2

Add the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped red onion, and diced green bell pepper to the bowl.

Step 3

Stir in the chopped cilantro and diced jalapeño.
