Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring 1.25 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in 1 cup of couscous, cover, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and set aside to cool.

While the couscous is cooking, season the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of paprika.
