  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil or melted butter (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the water mixture. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until the yeast is frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.

Pour the yeast mixture and melted butter into the flour mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until the dough starts to come together.
