  • 1 cup white gravy
  • 8 slices sourdough or brioche bread slices
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 slices pickles (optional)
  • 4 leaves lettuce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, diced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
