  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 cups (shredded) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (melted) Butter
  • 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
