Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 large Hard-boiled egg
  • 2 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece Black olive
  • 2 tablespoons Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pieces Baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing

Directions

Step 1

1. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a large plate to create a grassy base for your bunny.

Step 2

2. Take the hard-boiled egg and cut it in half lengthwise. Use one half as the bunny's body, placing it flat side down onto the salad greens.

Step 3

3. Slice the other half of the egg into two equal pieces lengthwise to create the bunny's ears. Place these just above the 'body' on each side to mimic ears.

Step 4

4. Use the black olive to create the bunny's nose. Slice off the end of the olive and position it at the bottom of the bunny's body where the head would be.

Step 5

5. Add two cherry tomato slices above the olive to form the bunny's eyes.

Step 6

6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese around the bunny's body to resemble the fluffy 'cottontail' and fur.

Step 7

7. Place the baby carrots next to the salad as nibbling snacks for the bunny.

Step 8

8. Drizzle the ranch dressing in a small ramekin or directly onto the salad as desired.

Step 9

9. Serve immediately and enjoy this playful, nutrient-packed dish!
