Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the marinara sauce with the cooked ground beef. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes and set aside.
In a large pot, boil water and cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
