Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces Crab meat (lump or imitation)

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all vegetables thoroughly and pat dry.

Slice the English cucumber into thin rounds, then cut each round into quarters. Add to a large mixing bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the cucumber.
