Directions

Step 1

Rinse the Cornish game hens under cold water, pat them dry with paper towels, and place them in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
