  • 4 cups Green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups Cooked corned beef, diced
  • 3 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is wilted. Remove from heat.
