  • 0.5 pounds Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cornbread crumbs

  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Additional ketchup (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and cornbread crumbs.

Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
