Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
Cut the cornbread into 1-inch cubes and spread them out on a large baking sheet. Toast the cubes in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
