  • 4 cups frozen or fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Once cool, chop into small pieces and set aside.
