  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0 Salsa (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, sweet corn, black beans, green onions, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
