Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh corn kernels (from about 4 ears of corn)
  • 1.5 cups Whole milk

  • 3 tablespoons Chopped fresh chives
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized ovenproof casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
