  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to cool. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
