  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
