  • 6 Habanero peppers (seeds removed, roughly chopped)
  • 4 Scotch bonnet peppers (seeds removed, roughly chopped)
  • 4 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 cup Water (as needed)

Directions

Step 1

In a blender, combine the diced mango, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, orange juice, and dark rum. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Add the minced ginger, habanero peppers, Scotch bonnet peppers, garlic, ground turmeric, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, and salt to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is completely smooth.
