  • 1.5 cups (shredded) Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices (crumbled) Cooked bacon
  • 1 small (diced) Tomato
  • 2 stalks (sliced) Green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 cup (for serving) Salsa
  • 0.5 cup (for serving) Sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, crumbled bacon, diced tomato, and sliced green onions. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
