  • 1 cup (shredded, optional) cheddar cheese
  • 1 large (diced, optional) avocado

Directions

Step 1

Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to cool completely. Set aside.
