  • 0.25 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt (optional, for coleslaw dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (optional, for coleslaw dressing)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and pour in the chicken broth. Ensure the chicken is fully submerged. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and easily shreddable.
