Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 15 pieces Oreo cookies (or similar cookies)
  • 0.5 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it and set aside.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and semisweet chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Step 3

Whisk the granulated sugar into the melted butter and chocolate mixture until well combined.

Step 4

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
