Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 6 tablespoons Salted butter
  • 10 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by lightly coating it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2

Place the chocolate sandwich cookies into a large resealable plastic bag and crush them into medium-sized crumbs using a rolling pin. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the salted butter while stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Step 4

Once the butter is fully melted, add the mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir continuously until they are fully melted and combined with the butter.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
