Directions

Step 1

Prepare the crust: In a food processor, blend 36 Oreo cookies until they form fine crumbs. Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl.

Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave or on the stovetop and stir it into the cookie crumbs until they are evenly moistened.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to form an even crust. Place the pan in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
