Directions

Step 1

Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin, even slices (about 1/4 inch thick).

Step 2

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Halve the cherry tomatoes if they’re large.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 5
